Glossary

Object – objects (or shapes) are the elements that make up a scene. An example of an object might be a box, book, DVD, and so on.

Template – is a ready-made scene with objects with adjusted lighting, shadows and reflections. When using templates, the user needs only replace the standard images with his or her own. Of course, each template’s settings can also be tweaked to fit individual needs.

Material – it is worth keeping in mind that material includes not only an image/texture, but an array of other properties. That is to say that the image is only a part of the material. Moreover, a material may not even have an image.
